# I can't download logo or design.

If you are unable to download the logo or design, the reasons may be as follows:

1. You are logged into an unpaid account. Please ensure that you are logged into your paid account.
2. Your access period to the site has expired. The access period is three months or one year, depending on the plan you purchased. Access will be restored after re-payment.
3. You are trying to download materials that are not included in your package. Business materials are not included in the Standard or Basic packages. The logo in PDF and SVG formats is not included in the Basic plan. 4. Download error. If you receive a message stating: "Error, please contact support," you need to reach out again via chat or email at support@turbologo.ru, providing the link to the logo you are trying to download.
