# I can't find the logo in my account.

If you previously created a logo but now do not see it in your account, please ensure that you are logged in with the same email address you used when you initially created the logo. You may have created the logo in a different account. Registration could have occurred automatically through your Google account.

If you have already made a purchase, you can send the receipt to support@turbologo.ru, and we will look for your payment and the exact email associated with your account.
