How to create an email signature for Gmail?
Sign in to your Gmail account, then click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Scroll down until you reach the email signature editor, then paste your new email signature there.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes."
How to Add a New Email Signature in Outlook
To create a signature in Outlook for Windows and Mac:
Sign in to your Outlook account and select the Home tab > New Email.
Click the Message tab.
Under the Include group, select Signature > Signatures.
Under Choose default signature, select the account you want to associate with the signature from the email account drop-down list.
Under Select a signature to edit, click New and name your signature.
Under Edit signature, paste the signature generated by Turbologo and click OK.

To set up an email signature for the online versions of Outlook:
Sign in to Outlook on the web and click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
Select "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom of the column.
Go to Email > Compose and reply.
Name your signature in the Edit Signature Name field.
Paste your Outlook signature in the Edit Signature section.
Select Save.

On the left side of the screen, select Email Writing, then look for the Signature heading.

Paste your new email signature into the text field to save it.

To set up an email signature for Mac via Apple Mail:
Open Apple Mail and click Mail > Preferences.
Select the Signatures section in Preferences.
Click the plus symbol "+".
Paste your new email signature into the field on the right.
Edit the name of your signature.
Under Choose a signature, select the name of your newly added signature from the drop-down menu.
