I paid, but I don't see the payment in my account.

The main reasons may be the following:

You entered the site without registering, and after you paid, you don't know which email account you used for the payment. However, registration in this case occurred automatically:

via Google account: In this case, your paid email is your Gmail address;

via Facebook: In this case, your paid account is the email you used to register on Facebook.

When logging in, you need to select 'Login with Google' or 'Login with Facebook.' If you want to log in with a username and password, you will need to use the password recovery function when logging in to the site. After that, you can log in using your username and password.

You registered, but still don't see the payment when logging in. You can find your invoice, which should have been sent to your email. The invoice indicates the email address you used for the payment. Make sure that you are logged in to the site with the correct email.
