Payment does not go through, what to do?

When trying to buy a logo, you may encounter an error indicating that your payment has not gone through. The main reasons for this may include:

You do not have enough funds on your credit card, or you have reached your card limit. Additionally, in some countries, your bank may charge a fee for international transfers. Make sure that there are sufficient funds on the card.

You are using an unsupported card. The card must support international purchases with currency conversion, as our company is located in the USA.

Your bank may decline the payment because they consider it to be suspicious activity on your account. Contact your bank and ask them to add Turbologo to the “whitelist.”
