The logo does not open, and an error appears on the page: You don't have permission to view this design.
You may open a link to the logo, but a message appears stating that you do not have permission to view this design.
If this is your logo, you need to log in to the site with your username and password, and then access the logo from the 'My Logos' section on the main page. Alternatively, after logging in, you can open the link to your logo. Without authorization on the site, the logo is not available for viewing.
If you want to share the logo with another person by sending them a link, you need to grant them access to view it. To do this, on the page with the logo, click 'Share' at the top right, and then select 'Access allowed to everyone who has the link' from the menu.
