Reset Forgotten Password / Recover Forgotten Password

If you can't remember your password, here are some steps to help you regain access to your account:

1. Open the site and click "Sign In" in the top right corner.
2. Click "Forgot Password" on the login form.
3. Enter the email address you used to register on the site and click "Send."
4. Log in to your email and open the message from Turbologo. In the message, click "Get a New Password." The site will open again with a form for changing your password. Enter the new password twice.
5. After entering the new password, your personal account will open.

How to Change Your Password to a New One:

1. Log in to the site with your current password.
2. Open the menu in the upper right corner and select the "Settings" section.
3. In the settings, select the "Login and Security" section. You will need to enter your old password and the new password. Here is a direct link to that section on your page.
